Information collected
For subscription administration, we anticipate collecting business name, contact email, subscription references, business website and Google review link. Client organizations may submit the name and email of actual customers who are eligible to receive honest review invitations. Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by Vouchly.
Purposes and data recipients
Information is intended for providing the subscription service, authentic customer outreach, support, billing, service analytics, and customer-requested account administration. Client data may be processed by hosting, email delivery, and payment providers under appropriate agreements.
Customer communications and opting out
Recipients can opt out of future invitation emails using the link in each message. Our process is not intended for purchased contact lists, invented customer records, or customers without a genuine experience.
Security and retention
Authenticated areas require sign-in. Passwords are salted and hashed; site operators should use HTTPS and restrict database and service access. Define a retention and deletion policy appropriate for the business, including backups, before launching.
