Services
Vouchly provides reputation management and customer outreach workflows designed to request honest, optional reviews from people who have had actual customer experiences. Plan invitation limits refer to eligible invitation volume, never a guarantee that reviewers will post or leave a particular rating.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plan fees renew until canceled. The customer can manage cancellation and payment information through Stripe's billing portal. Define activation timing, proration, refunds, taxes, and support service levels before launch.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide truthful business details, approved customer contact records, a valid legal basis for communications, and correct Google review links. Customers must not selectively target only happy customers, offer rewards for Google reviews, or request reviews from people with no genuine experience.
Limitations
No review count, average star rating, search visibility, or revenue outcome is guaranteed. Yelp review solicitation is outside the service scope. Customer-facing messages must respect opt-outs and applicable communications law.
Data, confidentiality, termination
Specify the processing relationship, data retention, security obligations, service termination, liability limits and dispute process in the completed agreement.
